Shipping
We offer free worldwide express shipping on all orders.
Where does Twosheep ship to?
We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.
When will my order ship?
We want you to have your new Twosheep as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).
How long will it take my package to arrive?
Delivery takes between 10-25 business days depending on your location, you can check the country list on our shipping page. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
Will I have to pay duties?
We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You won't pay additional fees beyond the product price.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, simply send a return request to liqb196@gmail.com.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it.

Exchanges
Try from the comfort of your home. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address. Exchanges are free. Please note we accept one exchange shipment per purchase. Subsequent exchanges will be subject to shipping charges of US$10 per item.
Orders and Payment
Which payment methods does Mlouye accept?We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal. All payments made on www.sheeptwo.com are secure - we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you notice the mistake straight away, though, please send us an email at liqb196@gmail.com to see if a modification can be made.
